Built by the person who ran the export desk, not a career marketer.
Before Silk Road Partners, founder Max Gore built the international marketing for Foshan machine factories: waterjet, laser and tempering-furnace makers selling into Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia. The websites, the search campaigns, the trade-show desk, the CRM.
Along the way he watched factories pay for Alibaba tiers, English pages nobody read, and “SEO reports” that never produced one inquiry from Germany or Mexico. So he built the data instead: a graph of 7,889 glass-industry companies, and the real Google first page for 52 machine keywords in 47 markets, in the local language.
That data is what you get when you work with us. Not an account manager. A partner who knows which market is open before you spend a yuan.
Two ways we make your inbox fill.
We do not sell impressions or a Gold Supplier badge. We sell qualified foreign inquiries, through the two channels that actually produce them for a factory.
Market intelligence
Know who buys, who competes and who ranks before you spend.
35 of 47 markets have no Chinese factory on page one for glass-machine searches. We tell you which of those markets import your product, how much, and what buyers type into Google there.
- Keyword demand per market, in the local language
- Who holds page one today, by domain
- Import volume by HS code, per country
- Pre-show briefs: your competitors, buyers and agents on the floor
Export websites that rank abroad
A site built to catch the buyer in Monterrey at 11pm.
Not a brochure. A clean .com, one language per subdomain, one country per folder, hreflang done right. Only 24 of 231 Chinese glass exhibitors abroad get that part right today.
- Machine pages with spec sheet, lead time and an indicative FOB range
- Loads under 2 seconds on a mid-range phone
- WhatsApp-first contact, 4-field quote form, call tracking
- Local pages per market, native copy, not translation
Results focused. Here is what we measured.
One of 19 exhibitors abroad with verified hreflang
We crawled the 231 international China Glass exhibitors. Only 24 had hreflang at all and 19 had it working. Gudetech is one of them, on a clean domain, with a media pipeline the factory feeds from the floor.
gudetech.srpchina.comBriefs delivered, one per Chinese exhibitor, EN and 中文
Each brief shows the factory its floor position, the competitors two aisles over, the Mexican fabricators who buy its segment, the local agents, and Mexico’s imports by HS code.
See the briefsof 1,046 have no working website for the foreign buyer they flew to meet
294 have no site on record, 175 are down from abroad, 96 fail SSL. Every one of them paid for a booth. This is the gap the audit shows you for your own factory.

A four-phase operating system, not a marketing plan. Every client moves through it. The markets and the pages are picked from your data, not a template.
Audit & intelligence
We pull your current visibility in every target market, the local-language keyword demand, who holds page one, and what each country imports of your product. We check your site from a foreign IP, because half of China-hosted sites do not load abroad.
Foundation build
Clean .com. English site rebuilt: one page per machine with spec sheet, lead time and FOB range. WhatsApp and form tracking installed. A 5-minute reply routine set up with your sales team, because a lead answered in 5 minutes is 21x more likely to qualify.
First local market
The first open market goes live in its own language, with native copy, local certs, ports and currency. Application pages per material and process. Directory and distributor listings. A pre-show brief for your next fair there.
Expand
Next language, next market, same engine. Ranking movement in foreign search usually shows between day 120 and 180. Your sales team gets the buyer and agent lists for each new market as it opens.

Real humans. Real WeChat. Real accountability.
You are not getting a ticket queue. You get one WeChat group with the founder in it, in English or Chinese, and every dashboard we look at: keywords, rankings per market, every inquiry with its source.
No black box. If a market is not moving, you see it the same week we do, and we say so.
Most export marketing spends first and checks later. We check first.
